At Total Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your products. This policy applies to most items in our catalog.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • All accessories and documents must be included
  • Product must not show signs of wear or damage from customer use
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

3. Damaged Product Rule

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund immediately:

  • Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product
  • No return shipping required for damaged items
  • Replacement will be sent at no additional cost
  • Full refund option available if product not in stock

4. Refund Timeline

Here's the expected timeline for refunds:

  • Return accepted: Refund initiated within 24 hours
  • Bank processing: 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days
  • Digital wallet refunds: 24-48 hours

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please check your bank for the exact timing.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (food, cosmetics with opened containers)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items returned beyond 7 days
  • Products showing signs of use or damage
  • Items purchased with discount codes (in most cases)

6. Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size or variant:

  1. Contact our support team with order details
  2. Ship back the original product
  3. We'll inspect and send the replacement
  4. No additional charges for size/color exchanges
  5. If new product costs more, you pay the difference
  6. If new product costs less, we refund the difference
